at the ITALIAN FESTIVAL
Seattle Center, September 26th & 27th

Every hour throughout the weekend, a different chef from a local Italian Restaurant will be featured on the "Great Italian Chefs" Cooking Stage sponsored by Isernio's Sausage and Ostrom's Mushrooms.

And then at 3 PM each day, famous macrobiotic cookbook author and TV chef Christina Pirello will appear to share some Italian recipes from her book Cooking the Whole Foods Way and sign copies immediately thereafter. On Sunday at 3 PM, she will host the Finals of the "Cuoco di Ferro" Cooking Competition. For a complete list of all her cookbooks, click here.
